Jesse Jane wanted to have her breast enhancements re-done, according to a New York Times article. This was in order to improve Jane’s appearance in high-definition movies. According to her official website, Jane wrote that she had gone to breast surgery on February 12, 2007. Dr. Gary Motykie (90210) performed the job. YouTube shows the double-bouble caused by the sub-muscular silicone implant. It was removed and replaced with a large amount of saline.
After becoming a Hooters Girl, Jesse Jane became an adult film star and a glamour model. She was a regional coordinator for Hooters and competed in the Hawaiian Tropic bikini contests. This allowed her to train new Hooters girls from four states.
